What we look for

We back expert founders (or Nerds And Pioneers) – domain insiders with genuine technical depth who are building vertical AI in industries where context, trust, and domain expertise determine who wins. Think advanced manufacturing, energy, logistics, compliance, construction, healthcare – any vertical where “mostly right” isn’t good enough.

We invest early. Some of our best investments were made before the company had a product or a single Euro in revenue. What matters at that stage isn’t traction – it’s whether the founder has spent years inside the problem they’re now solving, and whether they have the trust networks to walk in as a partner, not a vendor.

What you can expect from us

We’re upfront and no bullshit. We won’t ruin your life with months of unnecessary due diligence. We won’t renegotiate and grind you on terms. We’re long-term.

tl;dr: We try to be No Asshole Partners.

In practice, that means: fast decisions (if needed, we can move from first meeting to term sheet within days), honest feedback even when it’s uncomfortable, and real help where it matters – fundraising strategy, investor introductions, and access to our network of 250+ entrepreneurial LPs and industry operators.

We don’t do shadow-management. We don’t pretend to know your industry better than you do. We’re useful when you need us and quiet when you don’t.

What we don’t do

We don’t invest in consumer. We don’t invest in horizontal infrastructure competing on scale alone. We don’t invest outside Europe. And we don’t do late(r)-stage – if you’re raising a Series A+, we’re not the right investor for you.
